Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send an email to cmkhelp@gmail.com to request a return. An email will be sent back to you within 24 hours on how to ship it back step-by-step. You will be responsible for shipping cost*. Please do NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer or no refund will be issued. Once your return arrives to us, we will quickly inspect it and send you an email to confirm that it was accepted and with information on how to use your store credit. If there are any problems with the return, we will reach out to you via email before confirming that it was accepted.
*Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you wish to return/exchange this item in person you can do so (Chicago area only), please request instructions via email.
- Clothing with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded at this time.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange the same item in a different size, send us an email at cmkhelp@gmail.com. You will be responsible for shipping it back, but we will ship the correct size for free. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged at our fault.
